WebcamMax is the best solution, in my opinion, if you're looking to add pictures, videos and effects to any virtual or real webcams and then broadcasting them on almost all the popular messengers. It is better than almost any other freeware solutions. For a small fee, approximately $30 you can have a professional solution that brings you the larger built-in image library and the best experience. This software comes with a smooth installation and an easy to use mode. Even as a beginner you will be able to master most of his features in a very short time. It has great features like customizable effects properties ( size, speed, color, position etc. ), camera zoom, very fast switch between virtual and real webcam, magic mask effects, effects ( Distorting Mirrors, Smiley, Fire, Water, Mosaic ) over webcam plus more than 1800 free effects that can be added online. Also you can share your webcam in more than 16 popular chat programs like Yahoo Messenger, ANYwebcam, Stickam, MSN, Camfrog, Skype, Paltalk, ICQ, AIM etc. and you can also add desktop screen, pictures, videos, movies, flash, floating text to webcam. If I could rate this software regarding any technical issues I would give him a five stars from maximum of five. This software is very stable, it doesn't crash, it consumes low resources and what I like most is his ability to work with over 16 chat programs. WebcamMax is getting better and better. If you are going to download pictures or funny videos and then add them effects with this program, consider using a protection software like a good anti-spyware or antivirus. Otherwise this program runs great on Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, 2003, and Vista.
