It is one of the best software for high speed distribution of large files that has an understanding of "human friendships, of user tastes in content, and of Internet connectivity between users." This program, like any other popular file sharing application for Windows based on Bittorrent protocol has a lot of features like speed limits ( you can limit the download and the upload speeds ), proxy ( you can specify a proxy to connect your PC on the Internet using a different IP, other than your real one ), download queue ( using Queue settings allows you to specify a maximum number of active torrents for upload and download and to specify a maximum number of active downloads ), fast resume, port mapping ( you can modify and specify the port that you want to use when using Torrent Swapper ) or ip filter ( usually allows you to block other IP's ). All of these features makes this file sharing software one of the best one for Windows nowadays.
