Editor's review :

Registry Mechanic is a good software, worths to try it and in most cases you should know that fixing Windows registry is a delicated problem but this program has a nice option that allows you to backup your registry so it's easy to restore a fix that gone wrong. The experts opinions are controversial ones. For example some of them encourages the use of such fixing registry software while others claim they do more harm than good. Personally I used this program a couple of years ago and indeed it fixed me some errors messages. At that time I considered it a good program. It is an important software since it is endeed world's most popular registry cleaner with over 55 million downloads. I guess there are many people that have found this software useful while others didn't found it so useful. I personally like it since it has a nice interface and it is very easy to use, being designed for experts and beginners. Download Registry Mechanic, install it, backup your system files and if you find it useful, it worths to buy the full version.

Other notes :

Technical issues will always be a problem at such related software. Think about it, you notice a system instability, some error messages and you want to repair your system and to avoid a new installation. It's hard to tell if it's going to positive affect your system using Registry Mechanic or any other software. I noticed many people complaints about how bad is this software and how unuseful it is. Such people simply ignore advices on what a computer should have installed and what should not have installed. For example, why a computer running a Microsoft Windows starts to display error messages, experience crashes and so on. The answer is quite simple, it's for the first time that you are experiencing such problems ? if the answer is yes, it may be a hardware failure or incompatibility or it may be a software incompatibility. Also, did you installed on your computer a decent antivirus, a good firewall and a very good anti-spyware ? Such software will protect your privacy and your computer. I know it's hard to tell which software is the best one but this depends on your computer components, your Microsoft Windows version and the software that you use. Some software that you are installing are bad and others don't affect your system and so on. Actually 90 % of these errors are caused by a virus or malware infections. You should use Registry Mechanic if you are sure that's not the problem ( after you backup first ) and see if it can do something for you. If not, I suggest you to re-install your Windows and start using some decent programs. If you can't install by yourself a Windows on your computer then you are definetely a beginner and you should start learning about viruses, adware, malware, Trojans, worms and the methods that you should use to protect your computer.
