Batch Zip function to create multiple different archives at once, powerful Find function for searching within an archive, Built-in support for XXE, UUE, and yENC encoded files and full MIME (Base 64) support, extracting multiple archives at the same time. It is a truly very impressive software and it worths to download PowerArchiver, install it and see what he can do. You don't need to trust me, just test yourself this impressive archiving application.

Other notes :

PowerArchiver doesn't have any notable technical issues and the Microsoft Windows Vista support has been extended. This application has been improved since March 1999 ( he was unknown under the name of EasyZip prior to 1999 ) and the major bugs in this program has been fixed. It runs great on Microsoft Windows XP and it's a must have utility software. You could use also a good antivirus and a fine anti-spyware software on your computer in case you don't use such programs. Remember that this software is being able to read and compress/decompress, encode many popular file formats ( almost all known popular file formats until this last version ) and you may expose your system if you are downloading compressed files from the Internet. Viruses, worms, Trojans, adware and many other malware can be included in popular archive. I observed that when you are using file sharing programs to download archives in one or two downloads from ten you have the chance to open a virus with that archive.
