LingoWare is a software that will allow you to enjoy the interface of any application in your native language. Basically you can install LingoWare and then install any popular chat client. After this you should be able to communicate with people who speaks other languages. You can choose which version and language you want to download from the following languages : Arabic, Chinese Simple, Chinese Trad, Dutch, English, French, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish or Swedish. This application is now a shareware one and the registration will cost you between $20 - $40 depending on which language version you wish to download. If you don't want to register your copy of LingoWare after the trial period expires, the translation features will be limited only to ICQ interface. This program is free to use with ICQ, for other chat applications, after the trial period expires, you may want to register your LingoWare.

LingoWare is a very useful application for many of us. You can download LingoWare, install it and then choose a popular chat software like Yahoo! Messenger or mIRC and meet new people that doesn't speak your language and vice versa. The price for this program it's not so big, actually it's very low compared to his capabilities. I personally think that there are a lot of other programs, software that offers you approximately the same performance for more money. It isn't bad to use it, it's only a single problem. All of these programs are not so advanced and they definetely can't offer you a good translation or a very good one. The universal translation programs are defined as rubbish by many users. But I guess that depends on which languages you use and your expectations. Get your own copy, try it and see by yourself if it's good enough for you.
Other notes :
There are no technical issues altough some users have reported on forums that when they used a popular chat program and LingoWare, their Microsoft Windows OS eated up a lot of memory. Usually, that depends on your computer performance. A powerful computer will be able to run this program without any large memory use while a slower one will definetely move slower and the user will feel the negative effects. Another tip that comes from the producer of LingoWare is that each chat software should be installed prior to any LingoWare installation in order to avoid any other conflicts.
